By accessing or using EastBay (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EastBay provides AI-assisted coaching and analysis for basketball dunking based on video and related data you submit. Outputs are estimates and coaching suggestions, not professional medical, training, or competition advice.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain rights to videos and content you upload. You grant EastBay a license to host, process, and analyze that content to operate and improve the Service (including AI features), in line with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Paid features (such as Pro) are billed through our payment provider. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout and provider terms presented at purchase.

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, EastBay disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
